International Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, value, and destination of your order. These are live rates provided directly by our carriers.

For international orders, you may choose from shipping options that include either Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) or Delivered Duties Paid (DDP).

DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid)
If you select this option, you are fully responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery. You may be contacted by your local customs office to complete the clearance process and pay these charges before your order is released.

DDP (Delivered Duties Paid)
If you select this option, duties and taxes are collected at checkout. We work with a third-party service (Zonos) to calculate and collect the estimated duties and taxes based on the laws of your destination country. These funds are passed to Zonos, who works with customs to clear your shipment. While this option is intended to provide a smoother delivery experience, customs policies and procedures vary by country. Please note: customs regulations and fees differ widely. If you have questions about what applies in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs authority.

The risk of any damage to goods shall pass to you upon dispatch from our facility or, where goods are to be collected by you, upon collection. To be clear, the risk of damage or loss passes to you when the shipment leaves our facility. In the unfortunate event that a shipment is damaged or lost in transit, you have the option of filing a claim with the shipping carrier. The carrier may choose to pay or deny the claim regardless of whether the shipment was insured, and we have no control over that decision. However, we are happy to assist by providing any documentation needed for this process — such as a copy of the commercial invoice — through our support department.
